Changes coming up for Pelican Consulting

Pelican Consulting Ltd has been an effective force for change in a number of banks since 2002. During that time we have developed a reputation for getting stuff done and in particular developing new capabilities in Credit Risk, Compliance and Payments and Cash Management.

Pelican is now undergoing a significant increase in advisory services to better support our implementation service. Working with Subject Matter Experts in Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk will ensure that Pelican provides client with a more comprehensive service. We also think these changes will create a joined up approach to dealing holistically with the challenges clients face.

There will be a significant re-working of our teams and offers to clients during 2009. More news in this area will be made available during 2009. In addition our website and upcoming publications will all be changed to reflect our evolution.
